摘要
目的通过分析以评价超声对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法应用二维超声及CDFI对419输尿管结石病人进行超声检查。结果超声检出输尿管结石的敏感性为91.17%。CDFI显示下段输尿管结石出现输尿管喷尿异常,305例输尿管结石可见伪彩色闪烁信号。结论超声是诊断输尿管结石快速、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound for diagnosing ureterolith.Methods Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI were applied on 419 patients with ureterolith.Results The sensitivity of ultrasound for diagnosing ureterolith was 91.17%. Color Doppler flow imaging could show the changes of phenomenon of jet of urine and flashing color signals on the stones.Conclusion Ultrasound is an useful and rapidly method to diagnose ureterolith.
