摘要
以两个大豆品种(周豆11号和豫豆24号)为材料,研究了不同浓度N i2+处理对大豆种子萌发和幼苗生长中膜脂过氧化水平、细胞膜透性及保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,(1)N i2+浸种处理对大豆种子萌发具有低浓度下的激活效应和高浓度下的抑制效应;(2)细胞内丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞膜透性在低浓度N i2+处理下略有降低,尔后随着镍浓度的提高其质膜透性和MDA含量逐渐增大,体内保护酶系统中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化表现为先升后降的趋势。不同大豆品种对N i2+的反应存在差异,与抗氧化系统的整体活力有关。
The study delt with the effects of membrane lipid peroxidation, permeability of plasma membrane and activities of protective enzymes in soybean seed germination and (SOD,POD,CAT) with different supplementation of nickel concentration seedling growth in two soybean varieties (Zhoudou No. 11 and Yudou No. 24). The result showed that ( 1 ) Nickel is capable of stimulating the seed germination at lower concentrations and inhibiting the seed germination at higher concentrations. (2)The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and permeability of plasma membrane decreased a little, later with the increase of nickel concentrations, they increased gradually, while in endogenous protective systems, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxide (POD) ,Catalase (CAT) activities rose at first and lowered later. Some genetic variation in response to nickel was found among the two soybean varieties,which was related to the activities of the total antioxidant systems.
