摘要
在使用纯工业氧将温度控制在1500 ̄1600℃的情况下,用旋涡反应器可直接从标准铜精矿生产出粗铜。高砷铜精矿可用旋涡反应器熔炼成白冰铜,白冰铜研磨后,可用第二台旋涡反应器吹炼成粗铜。将高砷(As2.6%)铜精矿熔炼成白冰铜后,烟气中95%以上的砷可除去。另一种方法是用旋涡反应器作吹炼装置,吹炼干燥磨细的冰铜或白冰铜。这种方法能替代传统的PS转炉,也能与多种先进的连续吹炼工艺媲美。
Blister copper can be produced directly from standard copper concentrates using a cyclonic reactor operating at 1 500~1 600 ℃ with pure, technical oxygen. High-arsenic concentrates can be smelted to white metal in a cyclonic reactor, and the solid ground white metal be converted to blister copper in a second cyclonic unit. The smelting of high arsenic concentrates (2.6%) to white metal allows removing over 95% of the arsenic in the off-gas. Another option is to operate the cyclonic reactor as a converting unit with dry, ground matte or white metal. This alternative could replace advantageously the conventional Peirce-Smith converters and could also compete with more advanced continuous converting process.
