简单介绍了离心式压缩机的工作原理以及喘振的概念、成因和可能造成的危害。通过对单台机组防喘振控制系统组成和控制方式的描述,介绍了基于PID算法的多台压缩机组防喘振控制系统的组成和参数整定。应用单独的PLC系统,实现了多台并联压缩机组的载荷共享和喘振边界均等化,以避免机组的喘振,达到工艺的安全平稳。
The working principle of the centrifugal compressor and the concept, causes and harmfulness of the surge are introduced briefly. Through the description of the composition and control mode for single compressor unit, the compositions and parameters tuning of anti - surge control system based on PID algorithm for multiple compressors are introduced. By adopting PLC system, the load share and surge boundary equalizing of multiple compressor units in concurrent operation are implemented. Thus the surge of units is avoided and the operation is safe and stable.
