提高杆结构动态稳定性的封砂结构

摘要 砂粒是一种价格低廉、工程应用方便的材料,它具有耐油污和高温、不易老化以及抗冲击等许多优点。在机械结构中充填颗粒状材料可以显著提高结构阻尼,这一阻尼技术方法称为无碍性颗粒阻尼处理,目前愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文在分析了充砂结构的阻尼损耗因子的影响参数后,对杆结构的封砂阻尼处理进行了动、静态试验研究。试验结果与理论相符合,表明了封砂阻尼结构是提高杆结构动态稳定性能的一种经济、行之有效的方法。 Sand is a kind of material with cheap price and ease for engineering application. It has many good features such as oil-dust proofing, high-temperature resisting, uneasy for ageing and anti-shock, etc. Filling particles into machinery structures can increase significantly its damping. Such a method of damping technique is called Non-obstructive Particle Damping (NOPD) , which has been paid more and more attention at present. The influential parameters affecting the damping loss factor dre analysed in the paper. Some laborational investigations for dynamic and static characteristics have been carried out, and the experimental results are in good accordance with that of the theoretical analysis. It shows that sand-closed damping treatment is an economical, feasible and effective method for improving the dynamic stability of a bar-like structure.
