摘要 文章论述了织物的拒水拒油机理以及拒水拒油整理剂的选择,采用纳米材料和有机氟树脂复配,利用正交试验设计实验方案对毛织物进行了拒水拒油整理,得到了提高毛织物的拒水拒油整理优化工艺条件,整理后的毛织物经AATCC-22和AATCC-11标准检测表明,具有优良的拒水拒油性和耐久性。采用纳米材料和有机氟树脂对毛织物进行拒水拒油整理,整理后的织物与原样(整理前)相比,强力、透气性变化不大,但抗皱性得到了较大提高。 The water and oil-repellent principle of fabrics and the selection of finishing agents were discussed in this paper. Using the compound of nanometer material and organic fluorine, the wool/polyester fabric was finished by water and oil repellence through orthogonal test. The optimum process had been investigated and under the optimum process the water repellency, and oil repellency of the fabric were greatly improved. The study showed that the water repellency, and oil repellency of the fabrics finished with the optimum process were greatly improved respectively according to standards, AATCC - 22 and AATCC - 11, and had a high durability to washing and dry-cleaning. The influence of water and oil-repellent finish on the performances of the fabrics was discussed. The fabrics were finished with the compound of nanometer material and organic fluorine. The treatment not only imported water and oil-repellence to the treated fabrics, but also gave them a very high crease-recovery angle, and with only a slight decrease in tensile strength and in breathe property, imparted satisfactory easy care performance compared with the unfinished ones.
