摘要
本文阐述了信息时代继续教育对提高图书馆员的整体素质的必要性,对目前我国图书馆界在开展继续教育活动中所存在的不足进行了详细的分析,并就如何做好图书馆员的继续教育工作提出了六项新举措。
This paper explains that continuing education is essential for improving the character of librarian personnel. It also analyzes the current disadvantage in continuing education and puts forward some forms and ways of carrying out continuing education among librarian personnel at present.
