摘要
为了研究我国视屏作业职业危害情况,对不同行业30个计算机中心或计算机室存在的职业性有害因素进行了调查。测试结果表明视屏作业场所微小气候比较稳定,噪声强度61dB(A)~75dB(A),不同场所照明条件区别较大,视屏电离辐射强度较低,空气中CO2含量较高。对655名视屏作业人员及571名对照人员健康检查结果显示,视屏作业人员神经系统、视觉系统和肌肉骨骼系统主诉明显高于对照组,Tinel's征及腰部L5/S1压痛阳性率也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。
n order to study the effects of VDT operation in China, occupational hazards wre measured in 30 computer centers and computer offices in different trades. In VDT workplace the microclimate was stable. The intensity of noise was 61 dB(A)~75 dB(A) with low frequency and the illumination was varied in different workplace. Ionization intensity of VDT sets were very low. The concentration of CO 2 was higher in VDT workplace than that in normal office. 655 VDT operators and 571 controls were examined in this study. The results showed that VDT operators had more complains of neural system, visual system and musculoskeletal system. In VDT group the rate of Tinel's sign, pain on L 5/S 1 were higher than that in control.
