摘要
政府在当今的经济生活中扮演着极为重要的角色,由于其掌握着巨大的行政资源和强有力的配置资源的能力,相应产生了政府官员寻租的现象。本文从成本收益,风险偏好以及寻租信号内部化角度进行分析,并应用腐败与寻租的基本模型,从预防和监管角度出发,得出腐败治理的相应措施。
Government plays an important role in today＇s economy. Due to the power of resource- allocating and huge administerial resources possessed by the government, rent- seeking has conducted by the officials of the government in consequence. This paper bases on cost- benefit theory, risk- preferring theory and internal rent signal theory. Through applying basic model of corruption and rent- seeking, we get some proper ways of dealing with disposing corruption.
