摘要
高强度钢深孔的历磨加工一直是工厂生产中的技术难题.本文作者使用自行研制的~122mm卧式深孔强力超声珩磨装置对高强度钢深孔进行了大量的强力超声形磨试验.超声历唐使用了人造金刚石和立方氯化用油石.试验结果表明,在同样条件下,强力超声形磨可提高形磨效率1~3倍,提高磨削比1.34倍,表面粗糙度达到Rao.8Pm.
Honing of deep hole of high strength steel has been a problem of machining in factories- ln our study this is performed by a powerful ultrasonidc honing device designed by authors. Synthetic diamond or CBN is used in the abrasive sticks. Test results show that compared to the conventional honing, ultrasonic honing efficiency increases by 2 to 4 times, grinding ratio increases by 2. 34 times and surfsce roughness Ra amounts to O. 8 pm.
