摘要
实验室是高等学院进行教学和科研的重要基地，实验室的建设与发展，直接影响着实验教学和科研任务的完成。随着高等教育的发展和学生规模的不断扩大，进行实验教学改革，充分发挥实验教学对于培养学生创新能力的作用，具有重要的意义。结合实际，从实验教材改革、队伍建设、实验教学改革等方面对培养和加强学生创新能力进行了有益的探索。
Laboratory is an important base for teaching and scientific reseach of higher education. Construction and development of laboratory directly affect the accomplishment of experimental education and assignments of scientific research. With the development of higher education and the increase of recruitment for students, we should reform experimental education, make full use of experi- mental education to develop students＇ creative ability. It has great significance. Based on our college＇s practice, the paper explores the development and reinforcement of students＇ creative abilities from the following aspects： the reform of teaching materials for experimental teaching, the construction of teaching staff.
