摘要
国家经济主权是主权理论在经济领域的重要表征。经济主权平等是建立国际经济新秩序的法律基础,经济主权是发展中国家谋求经济独立与发展的前提,经济主权原则是国际经济法的首要基本原则。国际经济主权构成对抗经济霸权的理论武器,发展中国家坚持经济主权原则具有重要的理论与现实意义。
The economic sovereignty of state is the important token of the sovereignty theory in the economic field. The economic sovereignty equality is the legal basis for the establishment of new international economic order. The economic sovereignty is the precondition to the economic independency and development of developing countries, and the principle of economic sovereignty is the first basic principle of the international economic law. The economic sovereignty constitutes the theoretical ＂weapon＂ against economic hegemony, and it is of important theoretical and practical significance for the developing countries to insist on the principle of economic sovereignty.
