摘要
企业组织系统的混乱、无序和对物质、能量的耗散及信息的损失,恰恰与战略管理的初衷完全相背,我们研究经营管理战略的实质是要解决企业的混乱以及对物质的耗散问题。将熵理论导入企业聚核化战略研究之中,从管理熵的角度对企业的聚核化各要素进行探讨,可以得出管理熵是企业演化的无形之手的结论,只有建立起动态的管理负熵输入与产生机制,企业的生存与发展才有希望。
The organization system of enterprises will take on chaos, out-of-order, dissipation of the energy and loss of the inforrnation, However, all these aspects are just contrary to the original intention of strategy management, whose essential nature is to solve the enterprise＇s chaos and dissipation. Therefore, the entropy theory should be introduced into the research of focus strategy in the enterprises. In the lightof management entropy, a conclusion, which the management entropy is the invisible impetus of the enterprises evolvement, can be drawn from the discussion of the various elements of enterprises focus. In addition, the mechanism of the input and evolvement of dynamic management negative entropy helps the development of the enterprises to be closer to the reality.
