多层砖混房屋抗震问题应用分析

摘要 砖混结构作为多层房屋的一种基本结构类型,具有自重大、刚度大、材料的抗拉、抗弯、抗剪性能低的特点.文中从导致多层砖混结构震害的内外因分析出发,重点分析了结构刚度不均匀、圈梁、构造柱的设置、墙体面积、砂浆强度以及施工技术等影响因素,并提出了相应的处理措施.结合具体的工程设计实例,探讨了在砖混房屋抗震设计中应注意的问题并提出了相应的解决方法,对于提高多层砌体结构房屋的抗震性能具有一定的参考价值. As one of the basic multi-story structures, the masonry structure is characterized by its heavy weight, high rigidity, and low tensile, bending and shear performances. According to the internal and external causes resulting in structural damage due to earthquake, this paper emphatically analyses the factors which affect the anti-seismic strength of the multi-story masonry structure for example, uneven structural strength, gird beam, localization of constructive column, wall area and mortar strength, constructional technology, and corresponding settlement techniques have been discussed. Combined with practical engineering design case, some issues which should be noticedduring anti-seismic design are explored and the measurements are advised. The discussion here provides certain reference for improving anti-seismic performance of multi-story masonry structure.
