摘要
目的:探讨闭合性肝损伤的非手术治疗的适应症、方法及经验。方法:对我院近6年来共收治的62例腹部闭合性肝损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:62例病人全部非手术治疗痊愈。结论:只要充分了解病情,具有合适的条件,非手术治疗闭合性肝损伤已成为可供选择的治疗方法。
Objective： To explore the indications, methods and experiences of nonoperative management in closed hepatic trauma. Methods： 62 cases of closed hepatic trauma were retrospectively analysed in the last 6 years. Results： 62 cases were all cured by nonoperative management. Conclusion： The methods of nonoperative management in closed hepatic trauma are feasibility with knowing states of the illness sufficiently and seemly conditions.
