摘要
本文运用光电传感技术,进行非接触式燃烧放热量测量技术的研究,选择了合理的传感器,研制了测量所需二次仪表及其它相关配套设备,并通过对系统的动态调试及稳态标定,完善了测试方法。该系统工作稳定可靠,灵敏度高,已应用于稳态或非稳态燃烧试验研究中,测量燃烧放热量的平均值与脉动值,为燃烧基础研究、应用研究提供了新的测试手段。
In this paper,photoelectric sensor technology is uesd to non-contactly measure releasing heat in combustion process.It made measurement perfect to choice suitable sensor,to develop modulated amplifier and ancillary equipment,and to finish measure system's dynamic adjustment and static scaling.The system has been satisfactorily used in combustion experiment to measure mean and fluctuating component with its stable function and quick dynamic response.It is a new measuring approach to research on combustion science and technology.
