摘要
文章建立了四连杆式悬架多刚体系统模型,并对车轮定位参数等特性进行了仿真,运用多目标函数的最优化方法对悬架的结构参数进行优化,将优化前后的车轮定位参数运动学特性进行对比,说明了悬架结构参数的优化设计对于提高悬架性能起着重要作用。
The four-link type suspension is an advanced suspension type. In this paper, the multi-body system model of the four-link type suspension is set up,and the characteristics of wheel alignment parameters are simulated. The structural parameters of the suspension are optimized by using the method of the multi-objective function. The kinematic performance of wheel alignment after optimization is compared with that before optimization,which indicates that optimization of the structural parameters of suspensions is very helpful to the improvement of characteristics of suspensions.
