摘要
本文对同一发动机的凸轮轴下置式气门机构分别用4种类型的分段组合式凸轮型线和1种整段高次6项式凸轮型线进行了优化设计;在各种型线的参数都已优化的基础上比较了它们的特性,包括机构不发生动力学异常的转速上限、凸轮一挺柱副最大接触应力、挺柱工作升程图丰满系数和凸轮的润滑特性数;由此得出了较为全面的评价。
In this paper, four kinds of multiple earn profiles and a polynomial profile are used in the earndesign for the valve train of a side-mounted camshaft engine, and their variable parameters are optimized with the same constraints. Under this condition their characteristics, including the maximum speed without dynamic abnormality, the maximum contact stress of earn--tappet pair, the ample factor of tappet lift curve and the lubrication characteristics are compared. As a result a comprehensive and reasona'ble evaluation is obtained.
