摘要
加强和改进高校学生思想政治工作的重要途径有三:一是以人为本,只有以培养德、智、体、美全面发展的大学生为出发点和归宿,坚持大学生自我全面发展的主体性地位,才能达到预期的目的;二是因人施教,只有针对不同的思想状况具体地、深入细致地做工作,才能避免形式主义的倾向,将思想政治工作落到实处;三是寓教于乐,只有运用大学生乐于接受的形式开展大学生的思想政治工作,才能收到良好的效果。
There are three essential ways of strenghthening and improving the political and ideological work of callege students： taking students as the root that only if moral edueation,intellectunl education;physical education and aethetie education are carried out as the start point and destination and self all-round development the main part position of college students is kept to,can expected purpose be reached,teaching students according to their aptitude that only if coucrete, thoroughgoing and painstaking work is done according to different ideological states,can formalism be avoided and political and ideological be practiced;teaching contained in enjoyment that only if the pleasant ,enjoyable form is accepted by college students,can political,ideolngieal work achieve good results.
