摘要
目的评价计算机导航辅助在全膝关节置换术中的作用。方法对10例骨性关节炎患者的11个膝关节在计算机导航辅助下完成全膝关节置换术。结果术后出血量明显减少,术后3个月关节活动度平均屈曲115°。HSS改良评分术前平均43分,术后平均90分。结论计算机导航辅助能精确地控制假体选择、截骨量、假体角度,对软组织松解和平衡可以实行量化操作,对全膝关节置换术有良好的辅助作用。
Objective To evaluate the use of computer- assisted navigation for total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods From December 2004 to November 2005, 13 total knee prostheses were implanted with a computer- assisted navigation systom (Brian - Lab, Germany). The Clinical results were studied and analyzed. Results All of the femoral and tibial components were put in satisfactory positions. The time of operation was decreasing with the doctor's proficiency at this technique. The post - operative drainage was decreased obviously than after traditional TKA. A clinical check - up 3 months after operation revealed the average mobility (ROM) was 115°, with no abnormal laxity in the operated knee. Conclusion The contribution of the computer- assisted navigation in TKA is approvable.
