摘要
采用水相悬浮聚合法合成壳聚糖接枝苯乙烯(CTSgSt)抗菌剂,机械共混法制备了以LDPE为基体的抗菌塑料,采用红外光谱分析抗菌剂,扫描电镜观察材料断面,定量抗菌实验对抗菌塑料抗菌活性进行了测定,并测试了材料的力学性能。结果表明:苯乙烯单体成功接枝到壳聚糖分子上;改性壳聚糖与树脂间具有很好的相容性;抗菌剂添加量为2份时,抗菌塑料对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌在24h、48h抗菌率均超过90%;抗菌剂的加入对材料力学性能无不良影响。
Chitosan-g-St antibacterial agent was prepared by means of water-phase grafting, and LDPE antibacterial functional plastics was prepared by mechanically mixing with antibacterial agent. The antibacterial agent was analyzed by means of IR spectrum, the fractured surface of the composite was observed by means of SEM, the antibacterial activity of the sample was measured by quantitative tests, and the mechanical properties of the composite were tested. The results showed St monomers were grafted onto the molecular of Chitosan ; the compatibility of the modified chitosan with the resin was good. The prepared antibacterial LDPE exhibited antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis with an antibacterial percentage up to 90% in 24h and 48h when only 2phr of the antibacterial agent was added to the matrix. The addition of the antibacterial agent had no adverse effect on the mechanical properties of the antibacterial function plastics.
