摘要
针对工艺设计系统在一定程度上依赖于专家知识和以往经验的特点,将基于案例推理引入到纺纱工艺设计中,提出了一套基于CBR的智能化工艺设计系统,介绍了工艺案例之间的相似性度量算法,并讨论了案例库(case base)的维护。实际应用结果表明,该智能设计系统有效地提高了工艺设计的效率和准确性,缩短了产品开发周期,具有重要的应用价值。
Case-based Reasoning (CBR) is an intelligent method developed in recent years, which is a typical analog approach based on case history and experience obtained in past practice. According to the feature that process planning depends on the expert knowledge and experience to some extent, the technology of CBR is brought into the design of spinning process. Then an intelligent process planning system based on CBR is presented. The similarity measure between cases together with the maintenance of case base is also discussed. The practical application shows that this intelligent system is able to improve the design efficiency and accuracy, and shorten the circle of production exploitation.
