摘要
目的探讨单侧筛上颌窦炎性病变的CT特征。方法对1999年1月～2004年1月收治的76例单侧筛上颌窦炎性病变的CT资料进行分析,观察鼻窦CT影像学表现特征。结果76例单侧筛上颌窦炎者中,右侧51例(67.1%),左侧25例(32.9%)。CT发现上颌窦口闭锁者48例(63.2%)。软组织病变特点表现为黏膜肥厚和息肉性固状软组织密度灶。9例有骨质改变。结论本病多发于右侧,可能与睡眠姿势有关。上颌窦口闭锁及其周围结构异常是其重要解剖特征。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristic computer tomography （CT） changes in cases of one-sided chronic ethmoid-maxillary sinusitis. METHODS The CT results of 76 patients diagnosed with one-sided chronic ethmoid-maxillary sinusitis were reviewed. RESULTS There were 51 patients with one-sided chronic ethmoid-maxillary sinusitis on the right side and 25 patients on the left side. There were 48 cases of obstruction of the ostium of the maxillary sinus. The characteristics of soft tissue lesions were mucosa hypertrophy and polypiform density spot. There were 9 cases with bony destruction. CONCLUSION More cases with pathologic changes on the left side were found. The obstruction of the ostium of the maxillary sinus and the abnormal anatomy of ostiomeatal complex were identified as important anatomical features of one-sided chronic ethmoid-maxUlary sinusitis.
