摘要
目的:探讨军校新生心理健康状况与社会支持、应付方式及人格的关系.方法:采用症状自评量表、社会支持评定量表、应付方式问卷和艾森克个性问卷,对某军校入学1 mo的新生236人进行测试,并进行t检验、相关分析和多元线性回归分析.结果:心理问题组新生占总人数22.9%,与健康组相比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)的因子有:支持总分、主观支持和支持利用度、自责、求助、幻想、退避、合理化、内外向、情绪稳定性和掩饰性.心理健康与支持总分、支持利用度、求助、内外向和掩饰性具有显著的负相关(P<0.05),与自责、幻想、退避、合理化、情绪稳定性具有显著的正相关(P<0.05).结论:社会支持、应付方式和EPQ之间相互作用、相互制约,共同影响心理健康状况.
AIM: To analyze the relationship of mental status with social support, coping style and personality of military freshmen. METHODS: Questionnaires containing SCL-90, social support scale, simple coping style questionnaire and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were used to evaluate the mental health status of 236 freshmen from a military university. Statistic methods such as t test, correlation analysis and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. RESULTS: 22.9% students had positive symptom and these students, compared with other students, got significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) in scores of total social support, subjective support and utilization of social support, self-blame, asking for help, fancy, avoidance, rationalization, introversion and extroversion, emotional stability and lie. Correlation analysis showed that mental health status got negative correlations ( P 〈 0.05 ) with social support scores and utilization, asking for help, introversion and extroversion and lie, and positive significantly correlations ( P 〈 0.05 ) with self-blame, fancy, avoidance, rationalization, emotional stability. CONCLUSION : Social support, the way of reaction and personality affect each other and exert complex influences on mental health status.
