摘要
目的：观察连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过（CVVH）治疗急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）合并多脏器功能障碍综合征（MODS）时的治疗效果和护理措施。方法：用BM-25床旁血滤机对12例患者行CVVH治疗，并观察治疗前后血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）及电解质的变化。结果：患者治疗1—4d后血BUN、Cr、电解质均显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论：CVVH能改善氮质血症，纠正水、电解质及酸碱平衡失调，是治疗ARF合并MODS的有效治疗方法。
Objective ： To study the effective outcome and nursing measures in the treatment of acute renal failure associated with multi organs disorder syndrome with CVVH. Methods： 12 patients were given CCVH treatment by BM -25 bed - side hemofilter and the change of Bun, Cr and electrolyte in the blood were observed before and after the treatment. Results： Bun, Cr and electrolyte in the blood were evidently reduced （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The CCVH can improve the condition of azotemia and correct the imbalance of water - electrolyte and acid - base, and is one of effective methods in the treatment of ARF associated with MODS.
