摘要
简要论述了实现船舶自动避碰的意义、自动避碰的基本过程及其研究内容,重点分析了国内外船舶避碰智能决策自动化的研究现状和动向、存在的主要问题与对策,指出了船舶避碰智能决策自动化尚待研究的课题.
In this paper, the authors firstly make a brief discussion on the significance, the basic process and research contents of the automation collision avoidance for ships at sea. Then the authors emphatically analyze the present situation and direction, the main problems and methods in this field in both internal and international area, and point out the subjects urgently needed to be studied on the automation collision avoidance for ships in future.
