摘要
随着中国城市化进程的快速推进,上海浦东郊区城市化进程日益加速,城市社会结构的变迁,社区管理模式多样化。在充分分析探讨浦东新区郊区社区特点的基础上,对川沙的历史沿革、社区发展变迁的动力机制等等进行了实证研究,并对川沙在社区建设目标、社区建设管理模式、社区现存撤资问题等等几个方面提出了建议,以期抛砖引玉。
With the rapid advance of the process of urbanization of our country, the suburb urbanization process of Pudong of Shanghai is accelerated day by day. The urban social structure changed. On the basis of fully analysis of that probes into community＇s characteristic of suburb of Pudong, she have carried on the positive research on the historical evolution and the motive force mechanisms of community development. And she also have got the suggestion out of the community building, management mode and community withdraw investment.She hoped cast a brick to attract jade.
