摘要
第24届世界大学生冬季运动会在哈尔滨的举办是旅游业发展的大好机遇。为了在“大冬会”期间为旅游者提供更加优质全面的服务,提出了建立“大冬会”旅游服务体系的构想,通过系统内部的整合与协调发挥系统的整体优势,从而提高哈尔滨市旅游业的整体服务水平,促进哈尔滨市旅游业的可持续发展。
The twenty- fourth World University Winter Games will be hold in Harbin,it＇s a good opportunity for development of tourism industry. In older to provide the best and overall service, from the angles of system theory, this thesis suggests the concept of building tourism service system for World University Winter Games.Through the coordinating in the systsm make full use of whole advantages.Then enhance the whole service level of tourism in Harbin, improve the sustainable development of Harbin tourism.
