摘要 为完善烧结工艺,充分利用烧结余热,达到优质、高产、低耗的目的,莱钢烧结厂采取稳定热风温度、改造布料系统、改善料层透气性、优化工艺参数等一系列措施,在3#105m2烧结机上成功应用了热风烧结技术,烧结矿固体燃耗降低1.118kg/t,煤气消耗降低0.0164GJ/t,成品率提高0.6%,转鼓强度提高1%。 In order to perfect the sintering process, make use of sintering residual heat, and obtain superior quality, high output, low energy consumption, a series of measures such as smoothing hot air temperature, modification of feeding system, improving the bed permeability and optimizing the process parameters etc. were adopted in Laigang sintering plant. As a result, the hot air sintering technology was realized successfuUy in 3^# 105m^2 sintering machine and the obvious effects were obtained, such as solid fuel consumption decreased by 1.118kg/t, gas consumption decreased by 0.0164GJ/t, the productivity of finished sinter increased by 0.6% and TI increased by 1%.
