摘要
设计了一种新型厌氧发酵系统——集箱式沼气工程.该工程采用太阳能加热和辅助加热,由独立单元组成,可根据养殖规模组装成50~500m^3等不同规模的沼气工程.并在设计的示范工程上完成了运行试验.结果表明,该系统池容平均产气率为0.80m^3·m^-3·d^-1,所产沼气的热值为25.40MJ·m^-3,处理后的猪粪污水COD去除率为82.2%,悬浮物去除率为88.8%.
The paper designed a new type of biogas system-cluster case type anaerobic fermentation engineering. Using solar heating and auxiliary heating, this technology was composed of independent unit and could assemble different scale biogas engineering of 50 - 500 m^3 according to farm scale. And its operating test of the typical engineering was finished based on the designed model. The results showed that the yearly average aerogenesis rate of the system was 0.80 m^3·m^- 3·d ^- 1, the thermal value of biogas produced from it was 25.40 M J·m^3, the dislodging rate of COD was 82.2%, and dislodging rate of suspension was 88.8%.
