摘要
针对圆柱齿轮在啮合时受齿距齿形误差、齿面接触精度等因素影响而产生的啮合冲击与噪声,提出了改善圆柱齿轮啮合的两个方面的措施,通过对圆柱齿轮啮合分析,论述了降低噪声应采取的措施,以及提高齿面接触精度的两种方法。对齿轮在设计、制造过程中应控制的内容进行了有益的探讨。
While meshing, tooth pitch factor and tooth error, tooth face contact precision influence, the cylindrical gears produced meshed impact and the noise. Proposed the improvement cylindrical gears mesh measures. Through the analysis of meshes to the cylindrical gears, elaborated the noise reduction measure, increases two methods of the tooth face contact precision. The content which in the gear desing, the manufacture process should control was discussed.
