着重介绍了大庆石化公司炼油厂原260kt/a加氢裂化装置反应加热炉对流室工业氢奥式体不锈钢炉管腐蚀、开裂、失效的原因,并提出了切实可行的预防措施和解决方案。
This article introduces the causes of corrosion cracking in the industrial hydrogen austenite stainless steel furnace tubes in convection room of the furnace in the for- mer 260kt/a hydrocracking unit in the refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Company,and puts forward some feasible precautionary measures and solutions.
