摘要
颅脑创伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)的发生率在各类创伤中居前2位,是威胁人类健康和生命安全的严重疾病之一,而在颅脑创伤救治过程中,需投入大量的人力和物力。文章论述了建立我国颅脑创伤信息系统的作用和意义,即建立经过专家论证的全国统一的各级颅脑创伤资料库并形成网络,使全国的颅脑创伤资料在规范化救治的基础上集中统一,实现资源共享。为TBI患者的救治和减轻继发性脑损伤(二次脑损伤)的发生发展以及提高整体治疗水平提供重要的条件。
The occurrence rate of traumatic brain injure is the second place in various injures. TBI is one of the serious diseases that threatens the health of the humanity and the safety of life. In the course of treatment, a great quantity of labour and property will be inputted. The paper discusses the functions and significances of establishing the TBI information system. The variable level data stock of TBI through the demonstration of experts is established and formed the network, meanwhile, make the data of TBI concentrated in the base of country＇s standardize in order to realize the resource share. The data stock of TBI can provide the conditions that increases the treatment level of TBI and decreases the development of continues TBI.
