摘要
从理论上分析了纺杯转速提高后的纺机各电磁铁控制规则,以实践调试验证了理论分析结果,得出更为具体的数据,并在此基础上提出了纺机接线控制器的简单而实用的模糊控制算法,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
This paper first theoretically analyzed the control rules of each electromagnetic iron after the increase of the rotating speed of spinning cups, and then tested the theoretical results with practical adjustment, obtaining more concrete statistics. Furthermore, it suggested easy and pragmatic fuzzy control algorithm of the wire splice controller of spinning machines which has been proved effective in practical use.
