摘要
在轴向柱塞泵中,斜盘与滑靴之间的滑靴副是一对很重要的摩擦副,其很大程度上影响着轴向柱塞泵的性能及寿命。本文对该摩擦副建立的压力场进行了分析,得到了挤压承载力的计算公式,为高速高压轴向柱塞泵的设计提供了一定的理论依据。
In an axial piston pump, the slipper coupling between swash plate and slipper is an important friction coupling, and obviously affectes the life - span and the performance of the axial piston pump. An analysis was carried out to the pressure distributing of this friction pair, and the formula of extrusion support force was set up, which may serve as a fundamental basis for the design of the axial piston pumps with high speed and high pressure.
