几种耐药基因与急性早幼粒细胞白血病复发耐药关系的研究进展

摘要 近年来对肿瘤耐药机制的研究取得了较大进展,一些耐药基因及耐药相关基因相继被发现,对这些基因在肿瘤耐药形成中的作用也有了较深入的认识。本文就几种多药耐药及耐药相关基因在急性早幼粒细胞白血病耐药形成机制中的作用进行综述。
