摘要
近现代西方资本主义的发展史,也是一部劳资关系发展的历史。从亚当·斯密到马克思乃至凯恩斯,不同学科背景的学者们从不同的视角致力于劳资关系问题的研究,推动了劳资关系和劳工运动理论的发展。回顾梳理近现代劳动关系理论的历史发展,对转型中国和谐劳动关系的构建,具有重要的借鉴意义。
The modern Western Capitalist developmental history is also the history for one labor and capital relation development. From Adam Smith to Marx even to Krines, the scholars with different subject backgrounds are devoted to the studies on the issue of the labor and capital relations from the different angles of views, and they have propelled the development of the labor and capital relations and laborer movement theory. Looking back and reviewing the historic development of the labor relation theories at modem times, it has the significant importance for the salutary lessons for transforming the building and construction on the Chinese harmonious labor relations.
