摘要
板坯调宽侧压过程中常出现失稳弯曲及头尾部鱼尾过长现象,降低了产品的成材率。对减宽侧压过程的板坯金属变形流动情况进行了分析,并结合外端与变形区的相互影响,采用塑性失稳理论对板坯的失稳弯曲现象和头尾部鱼尾变形进行了研究。在理论分析的基础上,提高了压紧辊的间隙,减少了失稳弯曲。提出了新的减宽压下规程,对减宽技术进行了改进,减宽精度明显提高,带钢头尾部的切损减少。
The buckling and "fish tail" are often occurred in sizing press, which can reduce the metal yield. The metal flow of slab in sizing was analyzed and the buckling and "fish tail" at slab head and end were studied with plastic collapse theory according to the mutual influence of end and deformation zone. On the theoretical basis, the compressing roll gap was increased and buckling was reduced. A new sizing process schedule was applied to modify the sizing process and width reduction accuracy was improved obviously, the cutting loss at strip head and tail end was decreased also.
