摘要
随着经济全球化、科技进步及全球性经济结构调整等形势的出现,国内外各部门、各地区的产业结构在不断调整、演化;青海省作为一个资源性省份,如何根据经济形势的变化制定出适合省情的产业政策,明确产业结构的调整方向,突出与发展自己的特色经济,这是推进青海经济发展的关键步伐。
The industrial the position of economic policy will constantly adjust and evolve every area all over the world, the cowing of globalization, technological , progress and economic structural redressed Qinghai is a resourceful province , according to the change of new economic situation, it is important for Qinghai economic development how to constitute appropriate industrial policy, define the direction of industrial redressed, change inferior position into superiority and develop characteristic economy.
