摘要
本文提供了一种缩短电感式线位移传感器轴向长度的有效方法。首先,本文导出了对于二段电感式线位移传感器,当激磁绕组为矩形分布,输出绕组为上三角分布,动铁芯的轴向尺寸远小于该类传感器传统设计所要求的长度时,传感器输出特性表示式。证明了输出待性的线性关系与动铁芯的长度无关。因此,用减小动铁芯轴向长度的方法,可以有效地缩短整个传感器的轴向尺寸。对于过一方法的正确性进行了试验验证。
An effective method that could shorten axial dimension of LVDT has been presented. Output properties expressions for the two-stage LVDT have been derived when exciting winding is in rectangular distribution, output winding top-triangular,the axial dimension of the movable iron core is less than the required length of conventional sensors of this type.We have proved that the linear output characteristics do not relate to the movable iron cores axial length. Therefore, by reducing the length, we can shorten the axial dimension of the sensor. An experimental proof of the method has been given.
