A_2类型高粱后代花粉碘染色率与田间自交结实率的关系

The Association of Self-fruitful Rate and Rate of Pollen Stained with 1%I_2-KI of A_2 CMS Posterity in Sorghum

摘要 以高粱A2雄性不育系(CMS)A2V4,A2TX622;相应的保持系B2V4,B2TX622;恢复系1383-2,晋粱5号及用恢复系与不育系组配成3个杂交种(A2TX622×晋粱5号,A2V4×1383-2,A2V4×晋粱5号)的F1,F2群体为材料,进行A2类型高粱后代花粉碘染色率与田间自交结实率之间关系的研究。结果表明:RT与R0.25,R0.75和R1.0存在极显著的回归关系,回归方程为RT=1.188×R0.25+0.906×R0.75+0.915×R1.0。品种间存在差异。A2V4×晋粱5号F2群体的回归方程为RT=-21.407×R0.25+3.966×R0.75+0.930×R1.0;A2V4×1383-2 F2群体的回归方程为RT=0.988×R0.75+0.928×R1.0;A2TX622×晋粱5号F2群体的回归方程为RT=1.247×R0.25+1.184×R0.75+0.931×R1.0。 In this study we analyzed the association of self-fruitful rate and rate of pollen stained with 1% I2- KI of A2 cytoplasmic male sterilityl CMS) in Sorghum with two cytoplasmic male sterile lines and maintainer lines(A2V4/B2V4 ,A2TX622/B2TX622 ), two restorers( 1383 - 2 ,Jinliang 5) and F1 and F2 populations of three cross classifications(A2Tx622 × Jinliang 5, A2V4 × 1383 - 2 and A2V4 × Jinliang 5 ). There was the most significant liner regression between RT and R0.25 ,R0.75, R1.0, which regression equation was: RT= 1. 188 × R0.25 + 0. 906 × R0.75 + 0. 915 × R1.0. There was difference in cross classificationso The regression equation of F2 populations of A2V4 × Jinliang 5 was: RT = - 21. 407 × R0.25 + 3. 966 × R0.75 + 0. 930 × R1.0. It of F2 populations of A2V4 × 1383 - 2 was: RT = 0. 988 × R0.75 + 0. 928 × R1.0. And it of F2 populations of A2Tx622 × Jinliang 5 was: RT = 1. 247 × R0.25 + 1. 184 × R0.75 + 0. 931 × R1.0.
