摘要
导致该楼发生倾斜的主要原因有:南北两侧地基土工程性质差别较大,基础施工质量较差。据此提出对沉降多的地方限沉加固,对沉降少的区域采用深部应力释放和加载促沉,当建筑物沉降差异调至符合规范要求时,再进行地基整体加固,稳定沉降的思路。施工分限沉、加载锚桩施工和射水掏土应力释放、纠偏(促沉)、纠偏微调、加固、稳定六个阶段。实践证明,该住宅楼的纠偏加固处理是十分有效的。
Ground differences in engineering properties between northern side and southern side and poor quality of construction are the main reasons to make the dwelling house incline. Accordingly, the following countermeasures were put forwards: to restrain settlement and stabilizate the ground with quick settlement, to reduce stress in depths and make depression by loading with regard to the ground with slow settlement, to stabilize the whole ground when settlement differences conform to the standard. Construction was thus divided into 6 stages: restrains and makes settlement, tiny adjustment, stabilization, etc. Practices show that the present process is effective.
