摘要
本文介绍了一种岩金矿山全尾砂单管路自流输送胶固充填新工艺。该工艺使用一种“全水胶固材料”作固化剂,与全尾砂制成浓度60%~72%的充填料浆,经单管路自流输送到井下采场,不用脱水便可以凝结为固态充填体,经12h后可以承载。新工艺的试验成功地解决了尾砂胶结充填作业中充填体井下脱水和强度不均等一系列难题,工艺简单、效益好。
This paper describes a new technology of all tailings solidfying filling transported in single pipe by its gravity flow in a gold mine.The technology uses a kind of 'whole water soldifying material'as solidifying agent,then,mix it with all tailings to form slurry at a density of 60%~72%,then,transport it in a single pipe by its gravity flow to fill the mined out space.Such slurry can solidify filling mass without necessity of dehydration and can bear weight 12 hours after.This technology solves lots of problems,such as the necessity of dehydration in tailing filling and the uneqality of filling mass strength and so on.this technology is simple and makes a good profit.
