连铸坯变形的粘—弹—塑性研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用材料流变学理论系统地分析了连铸坯的鼓肚变形、错弧变形及矫直变形。指出鼓肚变形不仅有瞬时弹性变形,而且还有随时间变化的蠕变变形。矫直变形是在变形一定情况下的应力松弛过程。由此得出了铸坯在各个阶段的变形、应力及辊子对铸坯的夹持力、矫直力矩等。 Using material rheology theory, the strain caused by bulging, misalignment and straightening in continuous cast slab is analysed systematical in this paper. It is pointed out that bulging strain is consisted of not only instaneous elastic strain, but also creep strain which changes with time. Straightening is a course in which stress relaxes, as strain s constant. Therefore the deformation, strain, stress and the force of the roller on the slab are obtained for each stage of the casting.
