摘要
建立了HPLC法测定地拉韦啶含量及有关物质。采用C18柱,以乙腈-50mmol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(pH4.6)(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长300nm。地拉韦啶在12～60μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of delavirdine and its related substances. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -50mmol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution （pH4.6） （55 ： 45）, at the detection wavelength of 300nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 12 - 60μg/ml.
