摘要
目的 建立一种高效液相色谱法同时测定乌鸡白凤丸(浓缩丸)中丹参素及芍药苷的含量.方法 采用反相液相色谱法,以BDSC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),为色谱柱:流动相为:A:0.3%乙腈磷酸溶液:0.3%甲醇磷酸溶液(1:1),B:0.3%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长230nm.结果 丹参素在0.104~1.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为101.77%,RSD=1.31%;芍药苷在0.204~2.04μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9984),平均回收率97.60%,RSD=0.65%.结论 该方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determining simultaneously the contents of Danshensu and Paeoniflorin in Wujibaifengwan(Concentrated Pills)by HPLC. METHODS Applying RP-HPLC with the analytical column BDSC18 (250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm)the mobile phase was composed of A: 0. 3%Acetonitrile phosphoric acid-0. 3 %methanol phosphoric acid (1:1),B:0. 3 %phosphoric acid for the steps degree washes to take off,the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^-1,the detection wavelength was at 230nm. RESULTS The range of fine linear relation was 0. 104 ~ 1.04μg (r = 0. 9999) for Danshensu, 0. 204 ~ 2.04μg (r = 0. 9984) for Paeoniflorin. The average recoveries of Danshensu and Paeoniflorin were 101.77% (RSD= 1.31% ),and 97.60% (RSD = 0.65%).CONCLUSION The method is simple accurate and can be applied to the contens determination in this preparation.
