摘要
IFZ型无堵塞泵螺旋式叶轮的不平衡量对泵的水力性能有重大影响。常规方法不能有效去除不平衡量超大的问题。为了解决叶轮不平衡量超大的问题,提出了增加平衡环的设计方案,并通过叶轮静平衡实验验证了该方案的可行性。
The imbalance weight of impeller of IFZ screw non-clogglng pump has great effect on hydraulic performance of pump. But when the imbalance weight of impeller is too large, usual method to erase it is quite difficult. To solve that problem, we think about a technical scheme of adding a balance ring. The too large imbalance weight of impeller can be perfectly solved through this scheme, which is testified by impeller static test.
