变频器以其可观的节能效果而被广泛推广使用,但高中压变频器对电网的谐波污染,其输出谐波对电动机的影响,不可忽视。通过对18脉波整流和PWM逆变电路工作原理的分析,以及在除尘风机上的应用实例,浅析中压变频器在消除谐波,降低对电网和电动机污染方面的性能,从而为中压变频器的选型和维护提供参考。
Inverter has been broad used for its efforts on saving power. But we don't ignore the harmonic pollution on the power system and the bad effecting on the motor. The article analyses the working principle of the 18-pulse converter and the PWM inverter. Through the example on the dusting fan, the characteristic of the avoiding harmonic pollution on power system and motor, is simply introduced.
