摘要
在多元化市场竞争格局下,为赢得市场,越来越多的企业认识到,在把产品和服务推向市场之前,应先对内部员工进行营销,以内部员工为本,尊重理解内部员工、关心内部员工、依靠内部员工、发挥内部员工的潜能,只有先进行恰当的内部营销,企业在外部的营销活动才可能获得最终的成功。所以说,内部营销是企业以人为本的一种管理哲学、管理策略,同时也是一种重要的管理方法。
Under the current situation of fierce competition,more and more enterprises realize internal marketing should be put at the first place before their products and service are put into market, i. e. enterprises' working staff should be respected, properly taken care of,and made to bring out their full potential. Only by emphasizing this staff-centered internal marketing can an enterprises' marketing be successful. So, internal marketing is a humanistic managerial method for an enterprise.
