摘要
中国社会的转型形成了妇女群体新的阶层结构,其代言人———民间妇女组织应运而生,并在经济建设和社会进步中发挥着日趋广泛的积极作用。与此同时,民间妇女组织也普遍面临着组织能力严重不足的问题。探讨妇联在民间妇女组织能力建设中的作用,对构建两性平等的和谐社会具有重要意义。
With the transformation of the Chinese society and the structural forming of new women groups, arise folk women organizations, which, as the mouthpiece of new women groups, play an increasingly wide part in economic construction and social progress. But, at the same time, they are largely facing with the shortage of organizational ability. It is significant for constructing the social harmony of sexual equality to probe into the part of Women＇s Federation in strengthening folk women＇s organizational ability.
